The Unit is Tenant occupied, Month to Month. The current tenant has been in place for over 10 years and willing to stay. Please contact the Listing Agent directly for questions and showings. All information on budget, fees, applications, rules, parking, etc., should be confirmed directly with the association. Please see attachments. Showings to take place Saturdays or Sundays 10-4 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9-1 PM, or weekdays at 8:00 PM. Please request time with Listing Agent so we can notify tenant. If your buyer requires another day or time frame, please ask and we will try and accommodate. All applications for association must be submitted in person. Please note that application fees will only be accepted in the form of money orders. All required documents must be printed and presented at the time of your visit.
